Become a Certified Dementia Practitioner
Learn how to understand and properly care for your loved ones by taking the first step in becoming a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner! This seminar is required under the National Council For Certified Dementia PR) continuing Education Practitioners in order to apply to become a Certified Dementia Care Practitioner.
Cancellation Policy: $75 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted 10 business days prior to the event. Failure to submit request for cancellation per time frame specified registrants will not be issued a refund.
In the event that there are less than 6 attendees registered, we will be rescheduling the seminar and will inform you a week before the said seminar.
